WELCOME PANTHERS!

I am excited to start the 2024-2025 school year as the Intervention Counselor here at Briggs. My goal is to help students have a successful junior high school experience.  I am here to help students with academic, career and college planning and personal/social concerns or issues.

    • 100% of eighth-grade students received one-on-one academic advising and completed an individual learning plan.
    • 100% of academically at-risk students received a Tier 2 intervention (individual counseling, small group counseling, Check-In/Check-Out, Study Skills, tutoring services).
    • 98% of students received a Healthy Minds lesson focusing on building better-coping skills.
